Whoah, you bought all of those? This list makes me want to buy more cds :P

Yeah, it's my obsession.
I've also got 2 CDs on order, and there's about 5 or 6 CDs on my wishlist when I can get to a decent store to find them.

High five for getting a Dream TheatEr album! :)

*High Fives*
Yeah, I'm really looking to expand on the styles I've got in my collection, including getting some older classics. :D

I heard one AFI song, Summer Shudder, it was okay, but too emo for my taste.
Disturbed, good.
Metallica, good.
The Fray, not my type, but good.
Sum 41, their good albums, nice picks.
Everything else I either never heard of or am not interested in them.
You need some 3 days grace and Avenged Sevenfold in your category, google it.

Some of these CDs are old, and purchased in a time when I was interested in childish mainstream music, but most of them still hold my interests.
I'm thinking of adding some Aphex Twin and Venetian Snares to my collection if I can find them around. Also, probably some avant-garde (it's a genre) and perhaps some more rock, oh yeah, Smashing Pumpkins, I was going to look into their music too. Old (comparative to me), but I've liked what I've heard. Also, probably some classic rock, like Iron Maiden, I don't know, I'll have a look into that too.

Ah, didn't notice Dream Theater, good also.

^_^
I think you'd like Birds of Tokyo. They've got a large rock sound that's pure awesome. Going see them live in February at the Big Day Out show in Perth. Also going to see The Living End and Pendulum, but The Vines pulled out. :'(

Birds of Tokyo?
I'll look em up.
Never heard of them though.

:D
;)

Not bad, sounds like an alternative to Trapt, which is another band that themes what Birds of Tokyo themes.

Never heard of Trapt.
Karnivool is another band with a similar style. Same lead singer, a little heavier. Got their 2005 album "Themata" on order, can't wait.

<a href="http://search.playlist.com/tracks/trapt">http://search.playlist.com/tracks/tra pt</a>
Each album is sadly weaker than the last, so naturally, their first album is awesome.
Second is decent and very catchy.
Third isn't very notable.

I recommend:
First Album: Still Frame, Echo, The Game, Hollowman, Enigma, When all is said and done.
Second Album: Waiting, Influence, Bleed Like Me, Stand up, Use me to use you, Product of my own Design
Third Album: None (as in nothing).
That last link really doesn't have all of these songs.
<a href="http://search.playlist.com/tracks/trapt/17">http://search.playlist.com/tracks/tra pt/17</a>
This doesn't either, but it has more.

I'll look into it.

What?! No Arctic Monkeys?!

No, I don't really like them.

That's a nice list. I spotted only half a dussin ones I havn't heard of, next time it won't be that many. :)

Nice! I'll have to find more obscure titles then. ;D

I only own five cds

Shame...

World Tour doesn't quite let you play anything, the Wii version has an exclusive freestyle mode, and all versions have built-in composition software, which is cool, and all versions except the PS2 allow you to upload and download music, I don't know if the music portals are interconnected or not, but I hope they are, which version does your bro have btw?

you can also download additional official songs, but you have to pay extra for those, and I'm out of Wii points :(

The wii version. He didn't bring it home with him, so it'll be a couple of months before I'll get to play it.
