yeah, seeing relatives you don't see much is fun, I'm spending a week 500 miles south of my normal location to see my relatives, the young, the old, and all in between, the young got presents, the adults (including me) did a gift swap thing (the aqua globes proved a favorite) and... so far so good, it is now 12:16 AM EST on Christmas day, Feliz Navidad!
I had a nice Christmas. To be honest, I don't really care much for the presents. Sure, I really do appreciate the gift and the thought that went into it, but I really loved being around my family. The presents I gave away this year were pretty cheap. I forgot to write in my cards until I woke up this morning, and by that time, the others were waiting for me to get up and get unwrapping, but one of the highlights of my day was when mum shed a tear after reading my card. This christmas meant a lot to me.

I think you did a pretty good job, I'd like to see how it turns out.
please note that prologue has little to do with actual story for quite some time (until Balgo distorts reality on a massive scale, thus risking Earth's destruction, who knew improbability fields could be so dangerous?) before that there's going to be the creation of one of the main characters, the realization of her power, and the encountering of a demonic entity

not sure about California or Nevada, they don't get snow in the summer, I know that :P, no snow in my current location (like I said, 500 miles south) heck, I don't even need a coat, anyways...

In summer, definitely not. But in Singapore it rains over Christmas, and it's also hot. No snow, but tropical rain certainly was something special.

and that song is by Trans-Siberian-Orchestra
and prolonged exposure to my relatives has resulted in slightly abnormal actions on my part, now that I am home I might be able to recover
Yeah, I've seen ads for the Colbert Report on the Comedy Channel. He looks like a pretty eccentric fellow.
